| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Kathleen A. Needham of Waukegan and Lake |
| 4 |
| Arrowhead (Rome) Wisconsin, who passed away on December 1, |
| 5 |
| 2007; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, She was born on November 12, 1941 in Waukegan; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, She was a member of St. Anastasia Church in |
| 8 |
| Waukegan; she was retired from the Veteran's Assistance Office |
| 9 |
| in Waukegan after serving for fifteen years; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur |
| 11 |
| and Anne (nee Yokus) Flynn; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Kathleen Needham is survived by her husband of 47 |
| 13 |
| years, Robert Needham; her sons, Patrick (Kim) Needham and Tim |
| 14 |
| (Gina) Needham; her grandchildren, Jordan, Kendall, Lindsey, |
| 15 |
| Matthew, Timothy, Patricia, Kathleen, and Casey Needham; her |
| 16 |
| sister, Pat (Ron) Bender; and her many nieces and nephews; |
| 17 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |

| her family and friends, the passing of Kathleen A. Needham; and |
