| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of Judith Ann Farmer of Brighton, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on November 6, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born on October 18, 1941, in Alton; her |
| 6 |
| parents were Glen V. and Elizabeth Leota (Wyman) Dooley; she |
| 7 |
| married John J. Farmer on November 18, 1961 in Alton; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, She worked as a waitress at the B & K Cafe in |
| 9 |
| Brighton; she also worked at the Watson Laundry and loved to |
| 10 |
| iron clothes; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Judith Farmer was the sacristan at St. Alphonsus |
| 12 |
| Catholic Church in Brighton; she also held tickets to the Alton |
| 13 |
| Little Theater longer than any other individual; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; and her |
| 15 |
| brother, Gary Dooley; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, Judith Ann Farmer is survived by her husband, |
| 17 |
| John; her daughters and sons-in-law, Bridgett Ann (Ed) Morris, |
| 18 |
| Debra Elizabeth Kesler, and Mary Beth (Rusty) Ruyle; her sons, |
| 19 |
| John Edward Farmer, Mark Anthony Farmer, Harry Glen Farmer, and |
| 20 |
| Joseph Frank Farmer; her ten grandchildren; her three |
