| 1, line 4, after "Program", by inserting "(hereinafter referred |

| to as the Joint Task Force)"; and

| by replacing line 11 on page 1 through line 1 on page 2 with the |

| following: |

| "WHEREAS, As of the required reporting date, the Joint Task |
| 8 |
| Force's work is still ongoing and further investigation is |
| 9 |
| needed prior to the preparation and submission of its report; |

| therefore be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |

| CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Joint Task Force on the College |
| 14 |
| Insurance Program, organized pursuant to Senate Joint |
| 15 |
| Resolution 91 of the 94th General Assembly, is hereby |
| 16 |
| reconstituted; and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That the Joint Task Force shall be comprised of |
| 2 |
| those persons appointed pursuant to Senate Joint Resolution 91 |
| 3 |
| of the 94th General Assembly until such time as those |
| 4 |
| appointing authorities established in that resolution appoint |
| 5 |
| different persons to the Joint Task Force; and be it further
|
| 6 |
| RESOLVED, That the Joint Task Force shall have the |
| 7 |
| authority, duties, and purposes set forth in Senate Joint |
| 8 |
| Resolution 91 of the 94th General Assembly; and be it further
|
| 9 |
| RESOLVED, That no later than December 31, 2008, the Joint |
| 10 |
| Task Force shall report to the General Assembly its findings |
| 11 |
| and recommendations; the Joint Task Force shall be dissolved |
| 12 |
| after the filing of the report; and be it further
|
| 13 |
| RESOLVED That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 14 |
| delivered to the Governor, the Director of the Governor's |
| 15 |
| Office of Management and Budget, the Chancellor of the City |
| 16 |
| Colleges of Chicago, and the Chairperson of the Illinois |
| 17 |
| Community College Board.". |
