    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2702, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
4
1, on page 8, line 17, after the period, by inserting "However, 
5
organization licensees providing live signals pursuant to the 
6
requirements of this subsection (g) may petition the Board to 
7
withhold their live signals from an advance deposit wagering 
8
licensee if the organization licensee discovers and the Board 
9
finds reputable or credible information that the advance 
10
deposit wagering licensee is under investigation by another 
11
state or federal governmental agency, the advance deposit 
12
wagering licensee's license has been suspended in another 
13
state, or the advance deposit wagering licensee's license is in 
14
revocation proceedings in another state. The organization 
15
licensee's provision of their live signal to an advance deposit 
16
wagering licensee under this subsection (g) pertains to wagers 
17
placed from within Illinois."; and

consent may not be unreasonably withheld."; and

on page 10, line 2, after the period, by inserting "If more 
4
than one breed races at the same race track facility, then the 
5
50% of the moneys to be paid to an organization licensee's 
6
purse account shall be allocated among all organization 
7
licensees purse accounts operating at that race track facility 
8
proportionately based on the actual number of host days that 
9
the board grants to that breed at that race track facility in 
10
the current calendar year.".
