    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Legislative Commission Reorganization Act

of 1984 is amended by changing Section 8A-20 as follows:

    Sec. 8A-20. Space allocation.

Capitol has the power
and duty, subject to direction by the

Board of the Office of the Architect of
the Capitol,
to make

space allocations for the use of the General Assembly and its

agencies.
