    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1987, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

4, on page 31, line 18, by replacing "fails" with "wilfully

fails"; and

on page 54, line 24, by replacing "$8.95" with "$9.95"; and

on page 56, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:

"into the atmosphere, then the owner"; and

on page 56, line 11, by replacing "$30 million" with "$40 
10
million"; and

on page 88, line 19, after "hour", by inserting ", which the

utilities are not required to procure under the terms of 
13
subsection (d) of Section 1-75 of the Illinois Power Agency
