| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 4, line 26, after the period, by inserting "The |

| investment contract or other investment asset shall be in an |

| amount specified by the Illinois State Board of Investments or |
| 7 |
| state pension system, provide for a guaranteed minimum interest |
| 8 |
| rate, be with an issuer satisfactory to the Illinois State |
| 9 |
| Board of Investments or state pension system, and have a credit |
| 10 |
| rating of A3 or higher from Moody's Investor Services or A- or |
| 11 |
| higher from Standard & Poor's."; and

| on page 17, by replacing lines 22 through 26 with the |
