| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the |

| Marching Mustangs of Downers Grove for their outstanding |
| 5 |
| performance in representing the State of Illinois at the Youth |
| 6 |
| in Music Championship in Minneapolis, Minnesota; and

| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Marching Mustangs serve as |
| 8 |
| models of hard work, discipline, and dedication for the people |
| 9 |
| of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |

| congratulate the members of the Marching Mustangs for their |
| 13 |
| outstanding performance and wish them the best in their future |

| endeavors; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
