| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of John T. |
| 4 |
| Kelly of Olympia Fields, who passed away on June 23, 2008; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, John T. Kelly was a close friend of State |
| 6 |
| Representative Al Riley; they first met fourteen years ago when |
| 7 |
| Mr. Kelly was serving with distinction on the Finance Committee |
| 8 |
| of the Village of Olympia Fields and Representative Riley |
| 9 |
| served as a Village Trustee and Finance Committee Chairman; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, John Kelly was the beloved husband of the late
|
| 11 |
| Helen, nee Kohout; the loving father of Brian (Linda) and the |
| 12 |
| late Kevin John; the cherished grandfather of Daniel and John; |
| 13 |
| the dear brother of Patricia (Lee) Nufer and the late Mary (the |
| 14 |
| late Joseph) Brennan; he is also survived by many loving |
| 15 |
| nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 17 |
| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 18 |
| mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of John |
| 19 |
| T. Kelly; and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
