| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Pam Deiters on her |
| 4 |
| retirement from the Tinley Park Public Library; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Pam Deiters has been administrator for the Tinley |
| 6 |
| Park Public Library since 1989; she was integral in the |
| 7 |
| construction of the new Tinley Park Public Library; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Pam Deiters has been a member of the Illinois |
| 9 |
| Library Association's annual conference committee; she has |
| 10 |
| chaired author's events for the ILA and the South Suburban |
| 11 |
| Library Association and served as president to the SSLA and to |
| 12 |
| the Library Administrators Conference of Northern Illinois; |
| 13 |
| she is the current President of the Tinley Park Chamber of |
| 14 |
| Commerce; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, The Tinley Park Board of Trustees is planning a |
| 16 |
| retirement celebration in Pam's honor on April 29, 2007 at 2:00 |
| 17 |
| PM; and
|
| 18 |
| WHEREAS, Pam Deiters is the wife of Jim Deiters, a mother |
| 19 |
| of six and a grandmother; therefore, be it
|
