| HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, During the 94th General Assembly, the Wooded Land |
| 3 |
| Assessment Task Force was established, pursuant to House Joint |
| 4 |
| Resolution 95, to gather information and
make recommendations |
| 5 |
| regarding procedures and policies for the
assessment of wooded |
| 6 |
| land and of property
under a certified forestry management |
| 7 |
| program; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, The Task Force requires further time to complete |
| 9 |
| its work; therefore, be it
|
| 10 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 11 |
| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 12 |
| SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Wooded Land Assessment Task |
| 13 |
| Force is extended; and be it further
|
| 14 |
| RESOLVED, That the Task Force must submit a report, as |
| 15 |
| established in its authorizing resolution, on or before March |
| 16 |
| 31, 2007; and be it further
|
| 17 |
| RESOLVED, That, with this reporting extension, the Task |
| 18 |
| Force shall continue to operate pursuant to its enabling |
| 19 |
| resolution.
