<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>820 ILCS 55/11 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Right to Privacy in the Workplace Act. Provides that it is unlawful for an employer to procure a consumer report for employment purposes where any information contained in the consumer report bears on an individual's creditworthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity. Provides that the prohibition does not apply if the information is substantially job related and the employer's reasons for the use of the information are disclosed to the individual in writing or the information is required by law. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
