<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-501</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person who commits the offense of driving under the influence during a period in which his or her driving privileges are revoked or suspended, where the revocation or suspension was for driving under the influence or a similar provision of the law of another jurisdiction is guilty of a Class 4 felony. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
