<reference>35 ILCS 505/8</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 120, par. 424</aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 105/5.708 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law and the State Finance Act. Requires that any unobligated tax proceeds remaining in the Grade Crossing Protection Fund at the end of each fiscal year must be transferred to the Roadway-Railroad Grade Crossing Surface Repair and Reconstruction Fund, which is created as a special fund in the State Treasury, to be used for the repair or reconstruction of existing local public roadway-railroad grade crossing surfaces. Sets forth requirements for the allocations of those costs.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
