<reference>735 ILCS 5/15-1106</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 110, par. 15-1106</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that a complaint to foreclose on a mortgage shall not be filed prior to January 1, 2010 on residential real estate property if the property is a single family residence or a residential condominium and if the mortgagor is paying the current interest and the current required reserve or escrow payments for real estate taxes and insurance.
