Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the sexual exploitation of children.Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to:720 ILCS 5/11-9.1Adds reference to:720 ILCS 5/24-1.8 newReplaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that beginning 90 days after the effective date of this amendatory Act, it is unlawful for any person within this State to knowingly manufacture, deliver, sell, purchase, or possess or cause to be manufactured, delivered, sold, purchased, or possessed a large capacity ammunition feeding device. Provides that these provisions do not apply to a person who possessed a prohibited weapon, device, or attachment before the effective date of this amendatory Act. Provides that on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act, such person may transfer such device only to an heir, an individual residing in another state maintaining that device in another state, or a dealer licensed as a federal firearms dealer. Specifies penalties for violations. Provides exemptions. Provides that the provisions of the Act are severable. Effective immediately.Judicial Note (Admin Office of the Illinois Courts) This bill would neither increase nor decrease the number of judges needed in the State.Pension Note (Government Forecasting & Accountability) SB 1007, as engrossed, will not impact any public pension fund or retirement system in Illinois. State Debt Impact Note (Government Forecasting & Accountability) SB 1007, as engrossed, will not change the amount of authorization for any type of State-issued or State-supported bond, and, therefore, would not affect the level of State indebtedness. Housing Affordability Impact Note (Housing Development Authority) This legislation will have no effect on constructing, purchasing, owning, or selling a single-family residence. State Mandates Fiscal Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity) This legislation does not create a State mandate under the State Mandates Act.Home Rule Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity) This legislation does not pre-empt home rule authority.Fiscal Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity) This legislation is estimated to have no fiscal impact on the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.Land Conveyance Appraisal Note (Dept. of Transportation) No land conveyances are included in SB 1007, therefore, there are no appraisals to be filed.
