Provides that police officers shall be licensed instead of certified. Provides that licensure of probationary officers shall include an exam on constitutional law and ethics as well as a comprehensive exam administered by the Board. Provides that the Board shall prescribe, direct, and oversee annual ethics training for police officers and county corrections officers. Provides for revocation as a matter of law of the police officer's license, certification, or waiver if the officer pleads guilty to certain offenses.
