Deletes language requiring the autodialer to provide the company address within its pre-recorded message. Provides that the autodialer's name or telephone number or both must be available for display for caller ID (rather than providing that the autodialer's name and telephone number must display on any caller ID). Provides that, as an alternative to providing the option of connecting to a live operator, the pre-recorded message may provide a phone number for opting out of further solicitation calls. Adds public policy organizations to the list of organizations exempt from the provisions regarding autodialing calls in the Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
