Reinserts the provisions of the resolution with changes. Sets forth certain information that must be included in the report by the Capital Development Board. Provides that, if the Capital Development Board does not file the report with the General Assembly by May 30, 2008, the Attorney General shall investigate the withholding of the information by the Capital Development Board.
