<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>30 ILCS 105/8o new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Finance Act. Requires that, within 30 days after the date that the first claim is made after the effective date of this amendatory Act for response action costs under the Illinois Pesticide Act, the State Treasurer must transfer from the General Revenue Fund to the Agrichemical Incident Response Trust Fund an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all transfers made since State Fiscal Year 2004 from the Agrichemical Incident Response Trust Fund under certain Sections of the State Finance Act. Provides that, if any amount is transferred out of the Agrichemical Incident Response Trust Fund into any other fund in the State treasury, then, within 60 days after that transfer, the State Treasurer shall transfer that same amount from the General Revenue Fund to the Agrichemical Incident Response Trust Fund. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
