Prohibits the licensure, transference, use, or sale of any records relative to prescription information containing patient-identifiable or prescriber-identifiable data by any licensee or registrant of the Acts for commercial purposes, except for limited purposes or under certain circumstances.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
