Makes a technical change in a Section concerning offenses relating to motor vehicles.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>625 ILCS 5/4-102</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>625 ILCS 5/4-205</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 4-205</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. In language providing that a towing service may cause the vehicle registration records of the State to be searched by the Secretary of State when ownership information is needed for the towing service to give notification as required under the Code, provides that the towing service also shall give notice to all lienholders of record within the time period required for other notices. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
