<reference>55 ILCS 5/3-5047 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>215 ILCS 5/805.1</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that when an insurer pays a claim to an insured for mine subsidence, the insurer must file notice of that claim with the recorder of the county where the insured's property is located. Provides that every recorder must accept notice of a payment of a claim for mine subsidence insurance and file this information in a way that allows it to be accessed in a title search of the property.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Provides that there is no rulemaking authority under the amendatory Act, but that the Governor may suggest rules by filing them with the General Assembly and requesting that the General Assembly authorize such rulemaking by law, enact the suggested rules into law, or take other appropriate action in the General Assembly's discretion.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>

Amends the Mine Subsidence Disclosure Act. Makes changes in provisions concerning written disclosures on claims for mine subsidence on real property at the time of the transfer of the real property. Requires that written disclosures and signed waivers of disclosures be filed by the lender, or by the transferor of the property if there is no lender involved with the real property transfer, with the recorder of the county where the real property that is the subject of the transfer and on which a mine subsidence claim was paid is located.
