<reference>730 ILCS 5/3-3-7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1003-3-7</aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/5-6-3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1005-6-3</aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/5-6-3.1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1005-6-3.1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person serving a mandatory supervised release term, probation, or supervision for an offense that would qualify the offender as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration Act committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, where the trier of fact at the offender's trial made a finding that a computer or any other device with Internet capability was used to facilitate the commission of the offense shall: (1) not access or use a computer or any other device with Internet capability without the prior written approval of specified officials; (2) submit to periodic unannounced examinations of the offender's computer or any other device with Internet capability by certain specified officials; (3) submit to the installation on the offender's computer or device with Internet capability, at the offender's expense, of one or more hardware or software systems to monitor the Internet use; and (4) submit to any other appropriate restrictions concerning the offender's use of or access to a computer or any other device with Internet capability.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
