<reference>820 ILCS 265/15</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>820 ILCS 265/25</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act. Requires the substance abuse testing program of an employer to which the Act applies to include a 5 panel (instead of 9 panel) urine drug test. Provides that the Act does not apply to the extent there is a collective bargaining agreement in effect dealing with the subject matter of the Act.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Provides that the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act does not apply to the extent there is a collective bargaining agreement in effect and that collective bargaining agreement meets or exceeds the testing policies outlined in the Act (instead of there being a collective bargaining agreement in effect dealing with the subject matter of the Act). Provides that the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act does not apply to employees covered by the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Restores the 9 panel urine drug test requirement and provides that the test is for marijuana, cocaine, phencyclidine, opiates, methamphetamine, methadone, amphetamine, barbiturates, and benzodiazepines.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
