<reference>65 ILCS 5/8-11-1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 24, par. 8-11-1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that, for the purposes of the Home Rule Municipal Retailers' Occupation Tax Act, if a motor-fuel distributor makes a retail sale of motor fuel or any other petroleum product, then that sale is deemed to have occurred at the location at which the motor fuel or petroleum product is delivered to the consumer. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
