<reference>65 ILCS 5/6-4-7.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that individual members of the board of trustees of certain villages may not hire a separate attorney using public funds unless the village attorney is disqualified from or recuses himself or herself from representing the member in his or her official capacity. <SynopsisText>Proposes to further amend the Illinois Municipal Code to provide that individual village trustees in villages organized under a commission form of government or a managerial form of government may not hire a separate attorney using public funds unless the village attorney is disqualified from or recuses himself or herself from representing the trustee in his or her individual capacity.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
