<reference>720 ILCS 150/5.2 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Wrongs to Children Act. Provides that it is unlawful for any coach, parent, teacher, or other person to knowingly allow the use of an aluminum bat during a recreational baseball or softball game in which a person under the age of 13 is a participant. Provides that a violation is a petty offense and is punishable by a fine of $250 for a first offense and $500 for a second or subsequent offense. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
