<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>750 ILCS 5/607</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 40, par. 607</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that a parent who makes a good faith effort to exercise visitation rights for a specific time period, but is unable to do so through no fault of his or her own, is entitled to make-up visitation for the amount of time missed. Provides that the parents shall attempt to agree on a time for the make-up visitation, but if no agreement is reached, or if an agreement is reached but not carried out, the court, on motion by the party who missed the visitation, shall order the other party to provide the make-up visitation. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
