Beginning January 1, 2008, provides that the minimum duty disability benefit shall not be less than 75% of the current salary attached from time to time to the rank held by the fireman at the time of removal from the Department payroll. Provides that the occupational disease disability benefit shall be equal to 65% of the current salary attached from time to time to the rank held by the fireman at the time of his or her removal from the Department payroll.
