Provides that, if a driver of a motor vehicle has committed a previous offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating compounds, he or she is in violation of the DUI provision if his or her blood alcohol concentration is 0.06 (rather than 0.08) or higher. Provides that if a person has 2 previous DUI violations, he or she commits the offense if his or her blood alcohol concentration is 0.05 or higher. Provides that the legal blood alcohol concentration for a person with 3 or more DUI violations is under 0.04.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
