Provides that the wholesale value of a crane game or redemption machine prize may not exceed $25 (rather than the lesser of 7 times the cost charged to play the amusement device or $5).Correctional Note (Dept of Corrections) There is no corrections population or fiscal impact on the Department. Each incident in which a person would not be sentenced to prison for a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent conviction for a gambling offense involving a crane game or redemption machine as outlined in HB 810 (as engrossed) would save the Department $12,035.Correctional Note (Dept of Corrections) There is no corrections population or fiscal impact on the Department.
