<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>730 ILCS 5/5-8-4</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1005-8-4</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that if a person who is serving a term of probation, conditional discharge, parole, or mandatory supervised release for a felony and while on probation, conditional discharge, parole, or mandatory supervised release for that felony is convicted of a separate felony, any sentence following conviction of the separate felony shall be consecutive to that of the original sentence for which the defendant was on probation, conditional discharge, parole, or mandatory supervised release.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
