Provides that the Secretary of State shall designate on each driver's license issued a space where the licensee may indicate whether or not the words "Do not resuscitate." shall appear.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Deletes the amendatory language of the provision and replaces it with new language. <SynopsisText>HB 313 (H-AM 1) would have an approximate fiscal cost of $134,000 per year if every person in Illinois with a driver's license requested a "Do not resuscitate" sticker. The sticker would cost an estimated 6 cents per driver's license. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
