| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to express |

| their condolences to the family and friends of Ronald S. |
| 4 |
| Browning of Godfrey, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, |
| 5 |
| 2006; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Ronald Browning was born in Arkansas County, |
| 7 |
| Arkansas on September 27, 1915; his parents were the late John |
| 8 |
| and Minnie Mae (Fox) Browning; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Ronald Browning was a union carpenter with Wood |
| 10 |
| River Local 1808; he was an avid fisherman who enjoyed the |
| 11 |
| outdoors; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Ronald Browning loved his family and is survived |
| 13 |
| by his daughters and their husbands, Patricia and Richard Wells |
| 14 |
| and Donna and William Hardin; his grandchildren and their |
| 15 |
| spouses, David and Susan Potter, Corey and Terese Potter, Carl |
| 16 |
| Miller, William "Buddy" Hardin, Barbara Hall, Dr. Dana B. and |
| 17 |
| Julie Hardin, Ian T. and Derek Hardin, and Melissa A. and Mark |
| 18 |
| Pruiett; his great-grandchildren; his sister, Jettie Pruitt; |
| 19 |
| his brothers and their wives, John and Betty Browning, Jr., |
| 20 |
| Tommy M. and Barbara Browning, and Glenn and Shirley Browning; |
| 21 |
| his nieces and nephews; and his special friend, Frieda Foley; |
| 22 |
| and
|
| 23 |
| WHEREAS, Ronald Browning was preceded in death by his |
| 24 |
| parents, John and Minnie Mae Browning; his brother, Paul |
| 25 |
| Browning; and his sisters, Mary Browning and Cecile Lamparter; |

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
