| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Jenifer Ann Curry of West |
| 4 |
| Frankfort on November 23, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Curry was born September 22, 1986, in Marion, |
| 6 |
| to Robert Curry and Malisa (Tarpley) Curry; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her paternal |
| 8 |
| grandparents and maternal grandfather; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Jenifer Ann Curry is felt by all |
| 10 |
| who knew and loved her, especially her mother, Malisa Curry; |
| 11 |
| her father, Robert Curry; her sisters, Misti Smith and |
| 12 |
| Christina Curry; her brother, Travis Curry; her maternal |
| 13 |
| grandmother, Mallisa Tarpley; and her aunts, uncles, and many |
| 14 |
| cousins; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 |
| Jenifer Ann Curry and extend our sincerest condolences to her |
| 18 |
| family and friends; and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 21 |
| sympathy.
