| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Rotary |

| International on the occasion of its 100 year anniversary, and |

| we encourage all citizens to be cognizant of the many great |

| services this organization provides to people throughout the |

| world; and be it further
