| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2469

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2469 on page 18, |

| immediately below line 33, by inserting the following: |

| "All licenses without "Therapeutic Certification" on March |
| 5 |
| 31, 2006 shall be placed on non-renewed status and may only be |
| 6 |
| renewed after the licensee meets those requirements |
| 7 |
| established by the Department that may not be waived."; and
|
| 8 |
| on page 19, line 19, after "Department", by inserting "that may |
| 9 |
| not be waived".
