| 1 | AN ACT concerning sex offenders.

| 4 | Section 5. An Act concerning sex offenders, approved July | ||||||
| 5 | 11, 2005, (Public Act 94-166) is amended by adding Section 99 | ||||||
| 6 | as follows:

| 8 | Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act (Public Act 94-166) takes | ||||||
| 9 | effect on July 1, 2006.

| 10 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
| 11 | becoming law.
