AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1909

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1909 as follows:

on page 2,  by replacing line 17 with the following:

"in items (a)(3)(A), (a)(7), and (a)(8)
(7) through (9) shall

be subject"; and

on page 2, line 23, by deleting "boron,"; and
 
7
on page 2, line 24, by deleting "chloride,"; and
 
8
on page 2, line 26, by deleting "sulfate," and "phenol,"; and
 
9
on page 2, by replacing lines 30 and 31 with the following:

"purposes described in items (a)(3)(A), (a)(7), and (a)(8) of 
11
this Section shall provide notification to the"; and

on page 2, line 36, by deleting "and"; and
 
13
on page 3, by replacing line 1 with the following:

"(a)(4), (a)(5), (a)(6),  and (a)(9) of this Section, or as

required"; and

on page 4, by replacing line 4 with the following:
