    AN ACT concerning responsible fatherhood.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Council on Responsible Fatherhood Act is

amended  by changing Section 25 as follows:

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2005)

    Sec. 25. Repeal. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2006
2005.
