AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 998

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 998, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

3, on page 3, line 6, by replacing "services are" with 
5
"psychotropic medication is"; and

on page 3, line 7, after "Section", by inserting "at least once 
7
that day"; and
 
8
on page 3, lines 14 and 15, after "director" each time it 
9
appears, by inserting "or his or her designee"; and
 
10
on page 3, line 17, after the period, by inserting "This 
11
subsection (h) applies only to State-operated mental health 
12
facilities."; and
 
13
on page 3, line 19, by replacing "clinical personnel" with 
14
"physicians and registered nurses working in State-operated 
15
mental health facilities"; and
 
16
on page 8, line 10, by replacing "clinical personnel" with 
17
"physicians and registered nurses working in State-operated 
18
mental health facilities".
