| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, Board of Education members serve their school |
| 3 |
| districts by devoting an extraordinary amount of time to their |
| 4 |
| duties; they make very meaningful contributions to the children |
| 5 |
| and communities of our State; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |
| 7 |
| State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Susan Panico, |
| 8 |
| James Nelson, and Mark Decker for their distinguished service |
| 9 |
| and dedication as members of the Board of Education of |
| 10 |
| Evergreen Park Community High School District 231; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Susan Panico was first elected to the board in |
| 12 |
| 1993 and has served for 12 years; she has served as the Board |
| 13 |
| Secretary since 2002; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, James Nelson was elected to the board in 2001 and |
| 15 |
| has served for four years; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, Mark Decker was elected to the board in April of |
| 17 |
| 2003 and has served for two years; and
|
| 18 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Panico, Mr. Nelson, and Mr. Decker will attend |
| 19 |
| their final Board of Education meeting on April 26, 2005; |
| 20 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 22 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 23 |
| we congratulate Susan Panico, James Nelson, and Mark Decker for |
| 24 |
| their service as members of the Board of Education of Evergreen |
| 25 |
| Park Community High School District 231; and be it further
|
| 26 |
| RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be |
| 27 |
| presented to Susan Panico, James Nelson, and Mark Decker as an |
| 28 |
| expression of our respect and esteem.
