| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |

| State of Illinois wish to congratulate Dr. Arturo Chavarria on |
| 4 |
| the celebration of his 25th anniversary; and

| 5 |
| WHEREAS, At a dinner taking place on Saturday, March 5, |
| 6 |
| 2005 at the Grand Ballroom of The Four Seasons Hotel in |
| 7 |
| Chicago, the Advocate Christ Medical Governing Council will |
| 8 |
| honor Dr. Arturo Chavarria for his 25 years of dedicated |
| 9 |
| service and commitment to practicing in his chosen field of |
| 10 |
| internal medicine; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 12 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 13 |
| we join in this celebration and wish to acknowledge and thank |
| 14 |
| Dr. Arturo Chavarria for his years of service and wish him |
| 15 |
| continuing success; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |

| presented to Dr. Arturo Chavarria as an expression of our |
