| 3 | replacing the first 2 sentences of subsection (a) of Section 10 | ||||||

| 5 | "(a) Subject to appropriation, the Condominium Advisory | ||||||
| 6 | Council is created within the Department of Revenue. Subject to | ||||||
| 7 | appropriation, the Department of Revenue shall provide | ||||||
| 8 | administrative and financial support to the Council.".
