| 7, after "HIV", by inserting "unless she refuses to the testing |

| in writing on religious grounds or because she believes testing |

| would pose a risk to the health or well-being of herself, her |

| newborn, or other children in her household"; and

| on page 6, line 5, after "practices", by inserting "or on the |
| 8 |
| grounds that the HIV test would pose a risk to the health or |
| 9 |
| well-being of the parent or guardian, the newborn infant, or |
| 10 |
| other children in the household".
