    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Livestock Management Facilities Act is

amended  by changing Section 10.47 as follows:

    Sec. 10.47. Non-farm residence. "Non-farm residence" means

any residence
which
which is not a farm residence.
