| on page 4, by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following: |

| "degree murder, the defendant is guilty of a Class X felony."; |

| and
|
| 10 |
| on page 5, line 5, by inserting "or the Minimum Wage Law, |
| 11 |
| whichever is greater" after "(FLSA)".
