| on page 1, line 8, by changing "must" to "shall"; and

| on page 1, line 13, by changing "must" to "shall"; and
|

| on page 2, line 5, by changing "advertise" to "promote"; and
|
| 6 |
| on page 2, immediately below line 7, by inserting the |
| 7 |
| following: |

| "(e) The Office must implement the changes to the equipment |
| 9 |
| exchange program required under this amendatory Act of the 94th |
| 10 |
| General Assembly no later than July 1, 2006.".
