<SynopsisText>     Encourages the General Assembly to promptly review and evaluate the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education to determine if the Report should be disapproved in whole or in part.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces the provisions of the resolved clause of the resolution with provisions (i) disapproving certain school district requests for waivers relating to instructional time and physical education and (ii) approving certain school district requests for waivers relating to course requirements, nonresident tuition, physical education, and substitute teachers for one year and disapproving those requests for the remaining years.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
